The day trips are meant for independent travelers or families that would like to discover the highlights of the region without worrying about anything enjoying the comfort of a shared or private service.
They run exclusively on the day of the week selected, leaving at around 8 am until 4 or 5pm.
The tours include pick up from your accommodation and transfer to the destination, extra activities will be offered and provided on the day.
Departures are guaranteed with at least 4 people signed in by 5pm the day before.
Gastronomy Day trip (every monday)
– Discover Puglia’s gastronomic traditions through an excursion of flavours between millennial olive trees tasting awarded extra virgin Olive oil in an ancient mill. Watch how local cheese is made eating handmade Burrata in a dairy factory and enjoy the visit of a winery and its vineyards pairing wines and taralli (Lunch Included).
Day trip to Matera (every tuesday)
-Heritage City by UNESCO since 1993. Visit the Sassi of Matera and the park of stone churches by the amazing canyon.
Day trip to Castel del Monte (every wednesday)
-The most important monument of the Middle Ages in Italy is hidden in the heart of Puglia; a treasure of beauty and mystery to explore.
Triangle of the Itria Valley (every thursday)
-Explore Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage site and so called “capital of the trulli-houses”. After that, Locorotondo, “the balcony on the Itria Valley” with spectacular views and Martina Franca, elegant old town where you can visit artisan shops of crafts, typical handmade fabrics and taste the famous Capocollo (Slow Food).
Day trip to Lecce (every friday)
-The undisputed capital of Baroque. Discover the Florence of southern Italy, a photogenic destination with Roman theatre and amphitheatre, the stunning Duomo Square and amazing vibe.
Coastline and trulli (every saturday)
-Let’s discover the historical town of Monopoli with its fortified sea-front walls, old port and castle before we head to the clear waters and photogenic cliffs at Polignano a Mare. We end the day wandering amongst the trulli in Alberobello.
